There is nowhere to escape this noise
The weekend of 21-22 March 2026 showed me again that the Checkers Sixty60 delivery-bike noise is not easing. It is following me through daily life.
Date: 23 March 2026
The weekend was once again filled with noise. From what I observed, not only have the existing loud BigBoy bikes not been removed, but at least two additional BigBoy bikes now appear to be in use as well.
After all the complaints and escalation attempts, seeing more of these bikes rather than fewer is unbelievable. From where I stand, it reads as a complete lack of respect for the residents living with this every day.
Even leaving home did not help
I ended up leaving home again on both Saturday and Sunday just to get away from the noise. That means spending money I do not have simply to escape the constant anxiety this route keeps creating.
We even went to the driving range to try to decompress, only to find an inclined main road next to it also full of the same kind of loud delivery bikes. Not even leaving home was enough to get away from this noise.
The 07:45 alarm
This morning, Monday 23 March 2026, the pattern was back immediately. At 07:45 the first bike, engine straining, went past the house again.
At this point it feels like a forced alarm system. When I hear that first bike, I know it is 07:45. That is how predictable and absurd this has become.
This cannot continue
I do not see this as a minor quality-of-life issue anymore. It is affecting where I can be, how calm I feel, and what I have to spend simply to get a break from it.
If Checkers Sixty60 is serious about this issue, it needs to stop treating these BigBoy bikes as acceptable for residential delivery routes and start acting as if the people living here matter.
