Privacy and Evidence Policy
How we collect, review, publish, and remove evidence responsibly.
Scope and purpose
We document public road activity from private property to measure noise frequency and impact. The purpose is lawful, evidence-based advocacy for quieter residential streets, not identification of individuals.

Privacy safeguards we apply
- We avoid publishing faces, full number plates, or other personally identifying details.
- Where visual evidence is used, identifying details are blurred or redacted unless explicit consent is given.
- Audio is published only when it supports the noise-impact record and does not expose private conversations.
- We focus on patterns, routes, and time windows rather than naming private individuals.
Evidence handling and review
- Submissions are screened before publication.
- We remove low-quality or unverifiable submissions.
- Published material may be edited for privacy before posting.
- Context notes are added when needed to avoid misleading interpretation.
